General information

The General Terms and Conditions of Use will apply to all sales of spare parts by Nova Pan SRL, through the virtual store www.novapan.ro to customers.

In this document, the following terms will have the meanings specified below:
-user: represents the person who accesses this website and who has accepted the general terms and conditions of use;
-client: represents the person who accesses this website, who has accepted the general terms and conditions of use, who initiates and completes an order;
-order: represents an electronic document, generated as a result of accessing this website by a client, which intervenes as a form of communication between Nova Pan SRL and the client;
-contract: represents an order confirmed by Nova Pan SRL, by which Nova Pan SRL agrees to deliver the spare parts to the customer, and the customer agrees to receive these goods and make their payment.
By accessing, using or purchasing any product, content, data, information or services through our website, users / customers agree to abide by the General Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as applicable law.
The general terms and conditions of use may be modified at any time by updating this website.
Carrying out sales operations
By launching an order on the aforementioned website, the customer agrees with the form of communication (telephone or e-mail) through which Nova Pan SRL carries out its operations.
In order to be able to honor the order as quickly as possible, the customer must fill in all the fields with the requested data.
After launching the order, the customer will receive on the indicated e-mail address, the proforma invoice that will contain information regarding the value of the order in RON.
Subsequently, Nova Pan SRL will contact the customer by phone to confirm the order and to inform about the transport cost (Fan Courier).
The acceptance of the order by Nova Pan SRL is considered completed when there is a verbal confirmation (telephone) or electronic (e-mail) from Nova Pan SRL to the customer, without requiring a confirmation of receipt from him. The seller does not consider at any time an unconfirmed order as having the value of a contract.

Prices
The price of the products is the one mentioned in this website. The prices are displayed in RON (without VAT and with VAT).
When adding the selected products to the shopping cart, the value of the order is calculated in RON (excluding VAT and VAT).

The price can be modified by Nova Pan SRL, at any time, without notice.
The prices may differ from the current ones because between the moment of some possible changes of the prices and their publication on the site, an indefinite time may pass.

Payment method for spare parts available in stock
1. In advance, before delivery, with payment order
2. In cash on delivery, with cash upon receipt of ordered products
3. In refund system, with CEC tab upon receipt of products, for orders over 4,000 RON (including VAT)
The payment will be made in Ron, at the Ron / Euro exchange rate valid in the week of the advance payment, respectively valid in the week of delivery of the goods, to which will be added the coefficient 1.2%.

Note: The valid Euro exchange rate is established according to par. 2 from the Prices section.
Delivery method
Spare parts can be delivered by Fan Courier, for a fee or can be picked up from our warehouse in Brasov, str. Poienelor no. 2A.

The delivery term for the products in stock is a maximum of 2 days, as follows:
For orders placed until 14.00, delivery is made SECOND WORKING DAY!
For orders placed after 14.00, delivery is made in two working days.

For spare parts and equipment brought to order, the delivery time will be established by phone with Nova Pan representatives.

The products are delivered within the available stock. If one or more ordered products are not in stock, you will be notified accordingly.
Due to the large number of orders received, there is a possibility that at some point, certain products may not be available in stock, even if they appear on the website as available.

Work program:
Monday - Friday from 8.00 to 17.00

The photos displayed on the site are informative and may differ from the actual product.
Nova Pan reserves the right to make changes to the website without prior notice.

Other provisions
Unless otherwise agreed by Nova Pan SRL and the customer, Nova Pan SRL discharges the risks and responsibilities associated with the products when delivering them to the domestic courier company with which Nova Pan SRL collaborates or to the customer's representative.
Nova Pan SRL will ensure the proper packaging of the goods and will ensure the transmission of the accompanying documents.
Nova Pan SRL will issue to the customer an invoice for the delivered products and / or services, the customer's obligation being to provide all the information necessary to issue the invoice according to the legislation in force.
The ownership of the products and services will be transferred to the customer only on the date of full collection of the price of the products and services by Nova Pan SRL.
Nova Pan SRL cannot be held responsible for any loss in the event that it is caused by non-compliance with these terms and general conditions of use and the other instructions mentioned in this website.
Nova Pan SRL is also not responsible for the damages created as a result of the non-functioning of this website.
Nova Pan SRL cannot be liable for damages of any kind that the customer or any third party may suffer as a result of the fulfillment by Nova Pan SRL of any of its obligations under the order and for damages resulting from the use of products and services after delivery , respectively for the loss of products.

Security policy for the processing of personal data
SC NOVA PAN SRL as administrator of the website www.novapan.ro, respects the privacy and security of the information provided by you when using this website, including personal data.

The requested data are required for invoicing and delivery. Your refusal to communicate this data will result in the order not being honored.
The data thus obtained by the company will be stored in databases and the company will take all measures to protect them against accidental or illegal destruction.
Considering the legal provisions in the matter, the users / clients of Nova Pan SRL, by starting the purchase of products, express their express and unequivocal consent that subsequently their personal data be stored and used for: marketing activities by receiving information or commercial messages to the e-mail addresses communicated to the company, participation in contests, promotions, other events.
Nova Pan SRL will not disclose any information about the users / clients of its website, without first receiving their express consent in this regard. But, for the execution of the contract concluded between the parties, the company will transmit the personal data collected from the clients to the courier company that will deliver the products. At the same time, however, it may disclose information and personal data when this is expressly provided by law.

At the same time, you have the right to oppose the processing of personal data concerning you and to request the deletion of data. Poienelor, no.2A, postal code 500419 - users / customers can exercise, free of charge, the following rights: once a year , confirmation that personal data are or are not processed; to intervene on the transmitted data; or to object to the processing of data for justified and legitimate reasons related to their particular situation.

By a written request to Nova Pan or in response to a message sent by us or by accessing the "I want to be forgotten" button, you can request the deletion of the personal data we hold about you.

Everyone has the right to object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of data concerning him. This right of opposition may be excluded for certain processing provided by law (eg: processing performed by financial and fiscal services, police, justice, social security).
