Description

The RX-0 egg breaker uses a gravitational, self-pacing feeder with a system of specially designed rollers to transport the eggs into its breaking section. The machine's high performance is achieved thanks to the use of the best-in-class.

  • Machine mimics human action. Eggshells are broken and opened using special knives. The hygiene standards of cracked eggs are very high.
  • The RX 0 egg breaking machine also has variable operating speed. At any time and for any reason, the speed can be increased or decreased via a potentiometer.
  • The height of the knives and their striking force can be adjusted on the machine. This feature often proves useful for breaking thin-shelled eggs.
  • All parts of the machine that come into contact with the eggs are made of stainless steel (AISI 304).
