Cyclothermic bakery oven

Description

The oven loading doors, made of stainless steel and tempered glass, with latching/unlatching system, they are easy to dismantle for maintenance and cleaning. Doors equipped with overpressure valves that adjust the steam pressure in each chamber. The large hood ensures uniform and efficient extraction along the entire face. The columns are shaped so as to protect the control panel.
The standard digital unit permits:
Controlling temperature by means of a probe located directly in the chamber. The oven also features a safety probe, located in the combustion fume outlet.
Timed steam supply for each single chamber, by means of solenoid valves.
Automatic weekly/daily oven ignition.
Baking time alarm setting.
Switching on lights inside chambers.
Possibility of installing an electromechanical control unit featuring selectors.
A digital thermoregulator is installed with dublo to control the temperature of the upper chambers.
Easy-to-inspect control panel featuring IP55 protection index located on the right or left oven column.
Burner, fan, steam producer: all accessed from the front for practical and easy maintenance. Each chamber is equipped with an independent high performance steam producer that maintains its qualities even after numerous consecutive baking sessions.
Termik is the new forced air oven. Starting from the combustion chamber, the air is forced by one or two fans (series 180 features 2 fans) through the flanked duct radiators achieving a perfectly balanced chamber temperature:
From the bottom to the door. Result: extremely low consumption, perfect baking quality and excellent work ergonomics.
Dublo, two ovens in one! This device makes it possible to manage two different temperatures at the same time, guaranteeing excellent production flexibility (bake bread and cakes simultaneously). The two upper oven chambers can be adjusted up to 50° lower than the lower chambers.
